The winners of The Tax Adviser's 2015 Best Article Award are Kate Abdoo, J.D., LL.M.; Mary Duffy, CPA; and Jane Rohrs, CPA, for their article, "What Taxpayers Need to Know to Comply With the Final Tangible Property Regulations," in the April 2015 issue. Kate Abdoo is a domestic tax senior manager with GE in Stamford, Conn. Mary Duffy is a managing director of the Andersen Tax National Tax Office in Los Angeles. Jane Rohrs is a director for the Federal Tax Accounting Periods, Methods & Credits Group in the Washington National Tax office of Deloitte Tax LLP.

The best article was chosen by The Tax Adviser's Editorial Advisory Board from among the articles published in The Tax Adviser from January through December 2015. It was selected for its usefulness, practicality, and readability.
